Every individual has a right to justice

Every Individual Has A Right To Justice.
Justice, it occurs maybe at least once a day in your life, it may be served in your favor, only in a small favor though may it be served to you as in something small like someone accusing you of a matter when you have done nothing wrong and the person accusing you being the culprit and receiving the punishment.
"The Green Mile", a movie set around the mid 1900's about a black man (John Coffee) sent to jail with the death penalty of dieing in the electric chair accused of raping and murdering two young girls. .
Now in this movie you will see that John is not really given a fair chance to speak for the actions that were seen. Of course the situation John was in when he was found holding the two girls by the father, son and towns people would have looked bad, although he was still not given a fair chance to speak of what had happened. This being because John Coffee was a black man in a time where black people didn't get much respect at all from white folks, and didn't get much of a right to justice. .
Throughout the movie John is portrayed as a "gentle giant" kind of guy. He becomes friends with one of the guards, who start to believe John is innocent. Towards the end of the movie John Coffee shows the guard what really happened on the day he found the two murdered girls through some phenomenonal power that he has. The guard relises that John is innocent, still though doesn't do anything about it and John Coffee ends up dieing in the electric chair.
Now this is like the opposite to every individual having a right to justice, John Coffee was innocent the whole time but was still kept locked up in a cell until the date of his set death.
In the novel "The Crucible", justice does end up being served to Abigail, although not in the way she wanted it to go, as she was lieing about Mrs. Proctor being a witch. .
Abigail had an affair with John proctor when she was hired for help in the Proctor household, Abigail wanted Mrs.
