This country also seems to be extremely agriculturally based. In the photo there was a variety of farm tools as well as several farm animals also the low GDP, one thousand two hundred ninety dollars per capita, implicates this as well. This implies that not only do the adults work but, because of the low literacy rates, the children also work with them. When it comes to education mostly boys appear to receive it. .
Education is not the only difference in the daily life of the two families. As was hinted upon earlier Kuwait puts a greater emphasis on education in their country. The adults most likely work while the children go to school. Since there is only a slight difference in the male literacy rate and the female literacy rate it would be assumed that both sexes go to school for an equal amount of time but more stress is put upon the males education. It can also be assumed that there is a strong family bond in this country since there appeared to be grandparents in the picture as well. In the picture there was also a large tent that appeared to have pillows and possibly a podium a combination of this and the fact that their clothing was not western inspired one could assume that this country is very traditional and religious.
In Albania there was no evidence of religion. There were no holy books or symbols present that most people would normally recognize. The family most likely works on a farm and at the home during the day. Due to the fact that there is a great difference between the female literacy rate and the male literacy rate one assumption would be that males attend school longer than females and that they are more responsible for gaining employment in their later life.
Life in both countries appears to be fairly good. In both Kuwait and Albania they have fairly high life expectancy rates and low infant mortality rates. For Kuwait life expectancy for males is seventy two years of age and for females it is seventy three years of age, this is very close to Albania.
