A woman has the right to her own body the same as everyone else. So if she falls pregnant, and she wants to have an abortion she should be allowed to. Should abortion on demand be illegal? I would agree against this, as I feel that a women should be allowed to have one if she wants to, it is up to her. Abortion has been the only choice for un-wanted pregnancies. The pregnant woman has a few choices that she could use instead of abortion, she could put her child up for adoption but there are physiological problems that go with this. The mother has carried this baby around with her for nine months; if she has the abortion then it lasts forever. Women could be raped and they have to carry the baby of a rapist about with them. But there are also physical problems that may happen later in life, or happen immediately. If abortion is made illegal it won't stop it happening.

There are many arguments against and for this case. As there are many physiological problems to be dealt with either after abortion or during pregnancy. If a women is raped then falls pregnant, she will have to put up with the fact that she is carrying a rapists baby around. She will still be going through the shock of getting over the rape, but also getting reminded everyday by this foetus. Even though this is extremely rare, it doesn't mean that it doesn't happen if reports have been filed on it. It mite not be just rape, there is domestic abuse happening. A woman might not want to bring a life into this world if it would just be another victim. She may feel scared and go into depression from not being able to have a child if she has not had one before, as it is not fair on the child to be brought up like that. If it was then it might become an abuser when they are older, as they have grown up to think that it's ok for a man or women to hit their partner. 28% of women, who still have no idea what to do, attempt suicide.
