The next theory is the Steady State theory, it was proposed by Fred Hoyle, Thomas Gold, and H. Bondi. The Steady State Theory states that the universe has always been accentually the same as it is today, and will continue that way forever. Like the Big Bang Theory of LemaÃtre , Steady State is based on philosophical premises, not scientific ones.
