Everything Happens For A Reason

I quickly put on my robe and walked into the other room. The lamp was on the ground and the television was flickering, "Myles! Why do you do this everyday! You're making me old - Myles, my one companion was as inbred dog who had just ran into the television and knocked over the lamp behind it. He is a slow dog, but he makes up for it in companionship. I decided to take him for a jog. I put on one of those Reebok running suits that serious runners wear. It was to small, but I wanted to look like I was a daily runner, even though in actuality I never ran. I loved the suit because of the large and comfortable pockets in the jacket, but I knew that it was time for a new one since all pockets were stretched to their limits. Myles and I paced ourselves down the street and it wasn't long before we both decide to stop and take a breather. .
It was a fabulous day, the birds were singing together and to a sweeter melody than usual. People were waving to one another and grand smiles were showcasing their teeth. The air was sweeter and felt like clean sheets. I took a few deep breaths. I filled my lungs to their fullest capacity. The cold brisk morning air seemed to fill my lungs, blood, and heart, my entire body was overcome with verve and energy. Everything was absolutely perfect. .
Myles and I resumed our jog again. Behind Fourth Street in an alley, I began skipping in order to keep up with Myles who was running like a newly freed prisoner. I noticed three dollars sitting in a corner. I looked around to see if anyone had dropped the money, but there was not a single soul to be found back here in the desolate alley, so I gathered up the money and stuck it in my right pocket.
I skipped out of the alley and to the corner where I began to walk, avoiding unnecessary attention. Myles, pulling hard at his restraints, yearned to go toward an elderly lady. The old lady was attempting to cross the street so I carefully guided her along.
