In history, lots of people were figuring out the way how the human brain works and what it can do. And through this it made go deep inside human behavior. Today in psychology there are five major approaches that can explain human behaviors. They are Biological, psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral and humanistic approaches. They all can be best approaches in other ways or they all can be worst in some other ways.
Sometimes people get concentrated in their work and for some people are not concentrated on their work because of human behavior people get in to different ways of thinking and determination. And these situations can be created by Humanistic approach. Psychologically it describes best about behavior of human. People are capable of keeping themselves in good shape and they can control their behavior to achieve the complete prospective. For instance, a person from foreign nation was planning to build a large company in United States but it was unsuccessful, since that person was about to be deported and the person's determination decreased.
Humanistic approach has several points that Humanist disagree with psychodynamic approach. On psychodynamic approach, it shows behavior of the human directly when they are unconscious. Humanistic approach also disagrees with behavioral approach. Unlike humanistic approach, environmental determines human behavior. .
Humanistic approach best explains about human behavior because unlike unconsciousness and environmental determining human behavior, Humanistic approach explains people can manage their behavior and has power to control their limit. According to research, Humanistic approach is best explaining human behavior.
