Emotion

The unbearable screeching of my alarm awakened me that chilly spring morning to the nauseating "chirps" and "tweets" of birds outside my window. Reluctantly, I crawled out from under my warm blankets to prepare for another "wonderful" day of school. As I turned on the radio, I glanced out the window at a cloudy, gray sky. "Rain, rain, rain for the next three days," cheered the sad excuse for a human being on the radio.
Slowly, I made my way to the shower and jumped in, only to find that the rest of my "magnificent" family had used up all the hot water. I shivered myself into my clothes and headed toward the kitchen for breakfast; I should have known that one of my asinine brothers would finish the last of the milk. At that moment I could have tied them to a pole, wrapped snakes around them, and burned them alive .
With my stomach grumbling, I headed off to school; at least that was my original plan. I ended up spending 15 minutes at the gas station, surrounded by what seemed like 1,000 imbeciles, because my dad forgot to fill up the tank the night before. After finally managing to escape that mess, I jumped on the freeway, only to encounter a 3-car accident 5 minutes from my exit. There were no other exits around, so I had no choice but to sit in the traffic and listen to the fools on the radio blab away about another day in the life of Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey. The one morning I could have used a freaking traffic report .
After about 20 minutes, I finally made it to my exit. I arrived at school, only to find that no one was there. Turns out we had a 3 day weekend .
