Adrenaline Air Sports

As each plane only holds four jumpers at a time, Billy can only service eight jumpers using both planes. His competition can accommodate up to 22 in one plane. This causes Billy to have to refuel his planes more frequently, and fuel is a major cost to the business. This would also cause less time for getting jumpers in the air, because of multiple takeoffs and landings to handle the limited number of jumpers on each flight. .
Statistically, a large percentage of jumpers do not repeat the thrill. Currently, some of Billy's patrons are college-aged people who may skydive once as the result of a dare or a lost bet. These individuals take their first jump, but do not come back for a second one. Adrenaline's other patrons are experienced skydivers whom are already certified; therefore, pay only $16 to take a jump. .
Limited equipment is a minor issue to the business, and even if his planes would accommodate larger numbers of jumpers, Billy has a limited number of parachutes available. Also, because of the cost of fuel, Billy only flies to 10,000 feet to save on these costs. This puts Adrenaline Air Sports at a disadvantage over his competitors who fly at much higher altitudes, allowing for longer jumps for customers. With certification requirements for parachutists, the limited activities offered by Adrenaline Air Sports impedes the opportunity for jumpers to use the business for acquiring these certifications. Base jumps would bring in added business, and provide this service.
Billy currently has two planes, but unfortunately they are not in top-notch condition and in addition to their cost and the cost of interest on his ten-year loan, he is spending a great deal of cash on maintenance. Furthermore, he is putting a lot of personal labor into the maintenance of the planes. He is also using a considerable amount of his capital to upkeep the planes. .
As mentioned before, Billy has a website for his business, but it is not developed enough to provide detailed information about Adrenaline and its services.
