His voice went from depicting underlying humor to forcefulness in his voice to describe solemn, reflective, or powerful points. He used Biblical verses as his source of credibility in visual effects to aid the viewer in retaining the verses. He then related the verse by using descriptive adjectives, provoking mental visual pictures, so that the viewer can relate his examples to their current life situations. He utilized appropriate pauses in his speech to emphasize different points and emotions. .
             Billy Wilson's verbal weaknesses included half a dozen stutters and uses of "uh.uh." Another weakness during the middle of his speech was the use of a very long statement or a combination of several sentences appearing to be all stated in one breath. .
             Non-verbal strengths used by Billy Wilson were the use of facial expressions by using smiles to convey humor and drawing his eyebrows together to convey seriousness or earnest concern. Billy Wilson's use of his hands and arms were used like a drummer in harmony to his messages or in driving the strength of his words so that the message was felt through his non-verbal communications to the viewer. His relaxed body posture, slight swaying, and continuous eye contact with the camera further the personal connection between the speaker and the viewer. .
             The only non-verbal weakness observed was during moments when Billy Wilson was not using his hands for emphasis to the speech. His hands would come slightly together and the fingers would tap together. This unnecessary non-verbal communication was possibly portraying an otherwise unseen nervousness. .
             Billy Wilson would not be considered one of the great communicators at the time "Deciding Your Destiny" was produced. The first recommendation in becoming a great communicator is strengthen the verbal communication by avoiding the use of "uh.uh" and the occasional stumbling of words. The use of "uh.uh" must be a conscious effort and an unplanned pause is better than this type of non-verbiage usage would be progress.
