Addicted

This may seem weird, but I"m addicted. No, I"m not addicted to some celebrity, or a comedic television series, not even a certain product on a grocery store shelf. I"m addicted to a regular boy. Well, of course he's not regular to me. His name is Christopher R. H. I know, I know, you don't know him so why would this interest you, well I know at one point in time, we all have met that special someone, and fallen in love. Did you know that you can actually become addicted- physically, mentally, and emotionally - to your mates, to love, and to your relationship? Neither did I until I met him. I feel as if I"m addicted to him because no matter what he does, or how he does it, I just can't get enough. Every time I see his face, my heart smiles, it feels so good that sometimes it hurts inside. Chris, is my love, he is my heart, he is my addiction.
Here's a little background about "my addiction": He was born and raised in Virginia, so he has that "up north accent," which I absolutely die for. Everyone thinks that he is a thug, but I know differently. Chris has street smarts, but he also has book smarts, which ultimately puts him at the top of my list. He has goals, and the potential of actually being someone when he grows up. He currently attends Florida A&M University, and majoring in Public Relations. It's not often that you actually find someone who knows exactly what they want to do in the future, and is actually making the correct steps in achieving those goals. Now that's real!!! He also has the best personality ever, not only is he funny, he is also smart, confident, and extremely levelheaded. These are just a couple of factors that are addictive, now lets get to the good stuff.
Before I get into this, I would just like to say that it is my belief that EVERYONE becomes somewhat addicted to things that are familiar and habitual in their lives. YEP! And did you know that sometimes we have to go through a withdrawal when relationships end? But we haven't gotten to that part yet!!! It all started my junior year in high school, we were both at the movie theater to see a stupid movie called Valentine, when we saw each other, both looking good.
