My Everything

In April 1994, my life changed forever. I met the man of my dreams, my everything. I never thought I would find such a wonderful man, nor did I anticipate that man being a wonderful dad. However, by some incredible miracle, I managed to meet that man. It is hard to fathom the idea of meeting someone so wonderful. Nevertheless, ten years later, we have been married seven and a half years, and we have three children. My husband is my best friend, a wonderful dad, and a great provider. I feel as if I am the luckiest woman in the world.
I not only married a wonderful man I also married my best friend. Being married to my best friend is an awesome feeling. I can always count on him to be there for me when I need someone to confide in or when I just need to vent my frustrations. He is always there to lend his ear without taking what I say personally. He is always there to hold me when I need to be held, and when I need to shed a tear, he is there to wipe it away. There is nothing like being married to my best friend.
The man I married is also a wonderful dad. He is not the kind of dad who just tucks the kids in at night; he is the kind of dad who reads a bedtime story before he tucks them in. He is the kind of dad who gets involved and participates in the daily activities. He enjoys helping the children with their homework, baseball practice, or simply lends his knowledge to their ever growing minds. To be such a wonderful dad is not an easy task, but he makes it look as if it were. He is a very proud dad, and he takes pride in being the dad whom any kid would feel privileged to have. I think it comes to him naturally.
My husband always takes that extra step, and when it comes to being a great provider for our family, there are no exceptions. He always works his forty-hour schedule, over-time, or just simply working a shift for a co-worker in need. There is never any hesitation when it involves providing for our family, nor ever a complaint about the hours he has to work.
