Capital Punishment

Capital punishment is a moral necessity to society. The lives of predators are- by their own choice- subhuman. The murderer is below the human race, he/she deserves such a punishment for the crime they have committed. It is a moral demand. We must bring these criminals to justice. .
There is no other punishment for this crime that could compare to what the victim has been put through. Even though Capital punishment is much less painful to what the victim must have dealt with. "Capital punishment is the only punishment roughly proportionate to the harm that has been done to the murdered victim." It is the only punishment that is just about balanced with the pain and anguish that the victim was faced with. No other punishment could be as efficient as Capital Punishment. .
Society cannot sit back and let these murders go without taking action. Why should we tolerate these criminals and let them off with punishment that won't do society justice? "We execute murders in order to make a communal proclamation: that murder is intolerable." If we give these criminals the right punishment, we will let society know what the consequences of these actions are. This might in fact decrease the number of murders. We cannot let these criminals go with a punishment that is inadequate. .
When we did have Capital punishment in the past, it was very effective. We brought justice to our society. "Whatever the murderer experienced in their final moments was nothing next to the anguish of the victim." So even though the murderer was actually being murdered his/herself, they did not feel the pain that they had given to their victim. Therefore, Capital punishment is an effective and humane way to bring justice to our society. .
These criminals and many others are sitting in a jail cell. These sick psychotic people who took the lives of other human beings get the luxury of cable T.V. They are permitted 15 magazines, 25 books, 4 newspapers, 15 personal letters and a bible.
