            How the factors interrelate to affect performance and help to meet objectives.
             The management style, culture and organisational structure all have an affect on how the business performs and how it meets its objectives.
             The democratic management style used within CCBU affects the business performance as the workers are motivated as they feel they are putting a vital input into the business. Motivated workers are more likely to enjoy their jobs and have job satisfaction. This can look good for the business as all the employees will be keen to work to the best of their ability. Motivated workers also get the job done quicker and this can be an advantage to the business as they will be saving money which can then be used in other areas of the business where it is required. .
             This style of management also ensures that the workers are well aware of the objectives of the business and they will therefore work hard to achieve them. This will help the business greatly as the objectives will be met quicker and employees will ensure that they continue to be met by the company.
             Therefore this management style noticeably improves the overall performance of the business and helps it to meet its objectives successfully and more quickly.
             The task culture used in CCBU is effective as it is appropriate to use in businesses in highly competitive industries which CCBU is. CCBU have an emphasis on team building as it allows employees to have a say in business decisions which is one of the companies aims. Task culture brings together expertise form different departments in the business. This can improve the overall performance of the business as decisions that are made will have the influence of many skilled individuals, and will therefore be of a higher standard and hopefully be more effective.
             This business culture also focuses on achieving the objectives of an organisation. As this is one of the keys to CCBU's success this task culture will be extremely helpful and effective as it will put emphasis on achieving objectives, and they will therefore be achieved to a higher standard and in a shorter amount of time.
