Summary: Crime is identified as bad behavior classified by the state or Senate as a felony or misconduct. A crime is an offence in contradiction of the public law. Punishment is given to people for committing criminal acts. It maybe given in various forms such as chastisement, sentencing, or penalty. Crimes are to be defined and punished by statutes and by the general rules. If a person committees a crime, they should be reported and they will receive the same punishment according to the state laws.
Type of Crimes.
Theft .
Is the dishonest appropriation of property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving that person of it. It is taking someone's belongings anticipating that it will not be giving back.
Auto theft.
Carjacking is the crime of auto theft from a person's present. Carjackers carry guns or any other weapons they can use to force people away from their vehicle. Component theft is removing belongings from someone's automobile without their consent such as radios, cd's, CD players, tapes players or personal items.
Identify theft.
• The theft of someone's name, social security number or other personal identifying information with the plan to take advantage of the findings. Identity theft can easily happen. It has been happening for years. A person can mistakenly put their purse or wallet down, and a theft will come alone and take it unknowing to them. Items that can be stolen are mail, bankcards, checkbook, wallet, even pictures. Having access to your personal information can be used to open new accounts in your name.
Plagiarism.
• By not providing the proper acknowledgement of your using another person's work. It is the presentation of work, in any type, that is not your own. It is copying someone else's work taking credit for the work as if it was yours. Plagiarism can be through speeches, poems, songs, or poetry. It can be done online.
