Manger Tom

            
             You always hear how hard it is to work with the public, but to me the employees are the challenge. I always try to get along with my fellow employees because I know that I have to work with them all the time. I enjoy everyone I work with, but my assistant manger Tom. I can't stand to work with him because he walks around preoccupied with the things he has to do, he never remembers anything that you tell him and he abuses company time.
             I know that mangers have a lot to do, but Tom is like this all the time, even on slow days. It is more than that look on his face like he is constipated all the time that I can't stand, when you stop him to ask a question he lets out this sigh, and blows his bottom lip out like a little kid pouting. Then he says "Yes, Hope is what do you need?" like it takes from his one track mind and it is bothersome to answer my question. I dislike him even more when his answer is "Just let it go, they can do it later." That answer is unacceptable to me, because I like to finish what I start.
             Another reason it is difficult to work with Tom is he never remembers anything that you tell him. I guess that is because of his one track mind. An example of how this is a problem to me is that a couple of weeks a go Mrs. Layel called, to tell us that she would be here (at Wal-mart) to pick up her storage cabinet at 3:30 she said it had been here over a week. I asked her to hold on while I made sure that it had been assembled for her. I found out that it hadn't, and asked Jerry, the assembler if he could get it and said no get with management. Tom told me to tell her that it would be complete at 3:30 to come on. Well at 3:00 I went to check on her cabinet and it was still in the box! Then I found Tom and told him that she was going to be here in 30 minutes and the cabinet wasn't assembled yet. He told me not to worry he would get someone to assemble it right now. Well, when Mrs.
