4). They teach teamwork as a business team, in these teams they work on strategies to communicate technical information, conventions of standard written English and the specific requirements of professional models to produce and edit technical writing (Kemmery and Cook, 2002, pg.4).
4. Phase one of the suggested program consist of two parts. Part one will see each employee completing a self-writing assessment test. Test results will provide program staff means to determine where each employee strengths and weakness suggest they begin training. Part two will place together employees with like skill levels to aid in the "TEAMWORK" process. These teams will use their strengths and weakness to increase their writing and communication skills to build a better work environment (Kemmery and Cook, 2002, pg.4).

5. Phase two of our journey of "Change", creating a better work environment, is instructed in Ethics. Diversity of employee heritage, religions and backgrounds can cause uncomfortable feelings for many in the workplace. Overcoming such cultural diversity is crucial to a positive, professional work environment. Being able to ascertain proper behavior and communications, be it behavioral, conversational or writing is the utmost importance in maintain a positive workplace setting. Employees that feel appreciated and welcomed in the workplace are consistently more productive. Conflicts and high employee turnover plaque companies that fail provide such an environment. Companies must not only require a high degree of ethics from employees but also provide employees with the necessary instruction if it is to be considered successful. It is strongly suggested that employees at all levels be required to participate in a company sponsored ethics course.
