Evaulation on a Unreal Tournament 2004 Review

I. In the visual department, UT 2004 does not disappoint. The game runs extremely well with a wide range of machines, and looks awesome in the process. The only real complaint with UT 2004 is with the installation. Weighing in at 6 CDs and taking up 5.2 GBs of hard drive space, it is a massive game! However, there is a special dvd edition. Epics' game desginers, and Digital Extreme, who published the game, have not only returned the series to its' former glory, but many publacations agree that Epic has unleashed a monster that looks to dominate online gaming for the rest of 2004.
Sal Accardo, the author of the dot com website "GameSpy" , writes many different articles for the website. These articles range from reviews for games and hardware, to interviews with game developers and opinion based columns. Accardo's thesis is openly stated, and may be derived by simply looking at the title of the article. Accardo is translating into words what he thinks about the game. He points out the postitive and negitives points of the game in an easy to read and well written format.
The intended audience for the article are teenagers whom range from 18 to 24 year old and middle aged men ranging from their early 30's to late 40's. Typically, this is the only audience that really enjoys playing games, but there are expceptions to the rule. It would not be practical to write for an intended audience. It can't be for the elderly or the professionals because the writing style would have to change, in order to accomadate each audience. For example, this article featured in the website, "Gamespy", caters to gamers specifically. Everything on the website realates to games in one forum or another. Would you see anyone but the intended audience to even browse to the main page, let alone any of the articles?.
             .
The readability of the article is quite good. As readers read throught each paragraph, the author transitions between different subjects prefectly.
