Peer Review

            I believe that there were a few strengths in our group, these were shown through the two gentlemen. After having troubles getting a time to meet we came together to make sure that the deadline was met. Another strength came with a deadline to be made the gentlemen kicked into a new gear to make sure that they were not without a presentation to be made. A weakness I saw was the unwillingness my one member to make a compromise for the good of the group on our meeting times. .
             There were many meeting times established around Sherry's schedule that she did not attend. Kyle was a very easy going member that made sure that the job was done showing me that he would be a great person to work with at any time. Although the meetings were very short due to the absence of a member not wanting her to be far behind. I would be very willing to work with Kyle again.
             I would give Kyle the highest recommendation possible. On the other hand I honestly speaking as a businessman like I am would never give Sherry a recommendation to anyone due to the carefree attitude that she portrayed.
             I would give Kyle an A after seeing the work ethic and the desire to pass that he has shown. Sherry if I were having to grade out of the kindness of my heart would give her a D. This is because finally on the last day she decided to ask how our project was going.
