I feel sorry for them, and I have come down to rescue them from the Egyptians. I will bring my people out of Egypt into the country where there is good land of rich with milk and honey. I will give them the land where the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizites, Hivites, and Jebusites now live. My people have begged for my help and I have seen how cruel the Egyptians are to them. Now go to the king! I am sending you to lead my people out of this country." (3:7-10). When god was finished telling Moses of his mission god gives Moses special intimacy by given him his real name. This intimacy is reveled when God says to Moses, "I am the eternal God. So tell them that the Lord, whose name is "I Am", has sent you. This is my name forever, and it is the name that people must use for know on."(3:14-15). Showing there loyalty to the God, Moses and his brother Aaron went to the king and asked to flee the Hebrew tribe so that they can go to the desert and worship there god. The king rejected and God then gave Moses great powers to perform miracles. God talks to Moses and explains his authority "Aaron will speak to the people for you, and you will be like me, telling Aaron what to say. I will be with both of you as you speak, and I will tell each of you what to do. Now take this walking stick and perform miracles."(4:15-16). Moses obeys God and goes to Egypt and brings ten disasters on Egypt. God makes the king of Egypt so stubborn to test Moses patients, leadership and loyalty to God. Finally, the ten plagues made the king furious and he let the Israelites leave Egypt. Moses completed the mission with great obedient, praise, and loyalty to god. Then God gave Moses derections to celebrate the Passover in honor of the God. Moses takes the role and becomes a public speaker for God and gives the instructions for the Passover to the Israelites. Then the people praise the Lord and they did exactly what Moses said.
