Due to the fact that Taiwan is a major export country you can buy just about anything there between its many unique boutiques, malls, shops, and department stores. Some shops specialize in only saleing items that have been hand made and genuinely crafted. Visitors coming from America and Europe get to enjoy longer shopping hours than the locals and are provided with wonderful service.
*Buddhism- Eastern religion that believes in the shrine Buddha also known as "the enlightened one". Believe in non-violence and reincarnation.
*Confucianism- Developed around the same time of Buddhism. Founded by a man named Confucious. Many similarities between the two.
*Taoism- Developed after Confucianism by Lao Tzu. The philosophies of Tzu became known as Taoism. The Chinese who accepted the religion withdrew from society to live close to nature. This religion has much to do with the nature around you.
