For centuries children have been pushed to receive an education from kindergarten up through college. They are scared into pursuing a future starting with college in order for them to be successful. What is success? Many moral people argue that success just means having a healthy, happy, loving family, and that money and power will not buy you happiness. I too am a moral person, however, I am very logical as well. My belief is that if a family is completely poor, they are not going to be healthy, and they are more than likely going to become bitter and depressed, as they get older, thus lowering their capability of becoming loving people. They may become resentful towards others in the family as well. .
I have come to the conclusion with the help of many others that one cannot be truly successful unless they have a balance of both money and a good, healthy, and loving family. One example is the workaholic type parents. These parents become so wrapped up in their own work lives and making money that they neglected their kids. This leads them to raise themselves so to speak, and then they star getting into all sorts of trouble. Now, lets look at someone very poor, they are usually very depressed because they aren't able to eat much, their family can't afford to buy them medicine when they are sick, and they become embarrassed about their families financial situation. Last, lets look at a family that has some money, and they all watch out for each other whenever it is needed. They are the ones who are always very content, and humble, and they care so much about others, because they understand the importance of relationships.
I would challenge everyone to go out into the world with the intent to have fun with the people that they love, but also know when they need to do what is needed to support those people as well. .
