Former Feud

Men and women have in the past, fought bitterly over who should stay home while the other works. Men in the past believed that women were inferior, forcing them to act docile, which in turn, caused them to revolt in the late 1960's. According to the U.S. Constitution, all men (and women) are created equal, but the battle still raged. These days however, the fights have dwindled away. Everyone remembers that they occurred, but no one seems to have time to care. To put it simply: now everyone is simply working too hard to care who they work with. Women and men alike are taking over the world, working as one, instead of trying to beat each other out. .
Statistics could tell you women tend to be smarter, given X number of circumstances, or that men tend to be stronger, given X circumstances. But then, who cares? Men and women are as equal now as they ever will be. The average 55 year old man is probably a working man, or on the verge of retirement, whereas the average 55 year old woman is probably a homemaker. That's simply because of the generation they were raised in. Now however, if you were to pick any 35 year old, male or female, they would most likely be employed or in school for one career or another. Being that I am an 18 year old, I can tell you that my generation is raised to believe that women and men are completely equal, in that we are both told that without an education we will go nowhere in life. We are both asked, "What do you want to do with your life? What kind of career are you looking for?" I attend college only to get an education and then a job, if only because now I have to. What if I wanted to be a homemaker? Well now it simply is not possible. With the rising inflation and the falling stock market, a family almost has to have three incomes to survive. .
After looking into the area, it became clear that the world wants people my age to live with their parents forever.
