The disadvantages of having the death penalty is that innocent people might be killed in the choice of having to exicute someone, say for example if they were really innocent, but nothing could of proven it until later on in life evidence is found.
C) Are there any unethical or immoral issues involved in the death penalty?.
Some unethical or immoral issues is that to some people it would be considered wrong to kill another human being, and just because they have committed a crime killing for instance, it is better to forgive than to kill again.
D) Are there any alternatives to the death penalty in seeking justice?.
Some alternatives to the death penalty is that the only way that it will be used is that if there is a good quality amount of evidence that proves that person of being guilty, or they admitt to it themselfs.
Summary.
Capital punishment is used to keep the deadly off the streets of the world to never harm a soul again, but what if they were innocent after all? To me capital punishment is ok as long as there is a substancial amount of evidence that concludes that the person conviced is proven guilty. Some of the advantages of having the death penalty is that criminals will be taken off the streets of the world and they will never be seen again to ruin the community of the peaceful citizens. The death penalty can also be used as a device to scare potential criminals away from comitting a crime, and maybe it wont have to be used again. Some of the disadvantages of having the death penalty is that the person being convicted might end up dieing for a reason that they had ever done in the first place, for example if there was evidence found later on in the fture that provede that.
