Since there are no professions and fixed jobs, everybody can do anything, after a special training is provided. People can change their occupations without any consequences. However, people have a strong feeling of duty and will never drop any activity unless it is safe enough and economically admissible. The economy is organized so that the occupations of the people could be most flexible, and there would be no need to make people work too long on one place. Also there will never be any fixed working hours, but people may distribute their work so that they would not interfere with each other's activities. .
In our world the most important thing is to get married, have children and form a family, whereas in utopia the opposite is what's important: No families, no marriage, no inheritance. People may live together if they find it comfortable, but privacy and solitude are indispensable rights for everybody. There is no need to raise common households, since everything can be requested from the society at any moment. And what's the point of raising children, since they will never know their parents and are educated by the social institutes in a centralized way. .
People are free to live as they like, without being restricted by the norms of any social group. Love to a single person can never contradict love to all the other people, or social necessity. On the other hand, the society will highly value any love at all, and the people will be very careful to never break the others' love. However, love belongs to a much higher level than mere sensuality. Mainly it concerns the higher spiritual needs, stimulating the people's creativity. Though sexual impulses may contribute to the overall picture of love, they can never play the dominant role. The body helps the mind, but never controls it. Reproduction of population is like any other reproduction. Accordingly, it may be completely controlled by the society, including both the physical reproduction and spiritual development.
