Because her job needs some inspiration, the combination of her working space and her living room can inspire the inspiration of design. Obviously, work at home provides time flexibility and structure flexibility where different to work in the office. .
2.2 Flexible working opportunity.
Work at home is a flexible working opportunity. It provides an opportunity for employees who are victims of the company downsizing. Company's downsizing is "unmerciful", which sacrifices some employees to achieve the developing of the company. Those employees are victims in the company's downsizing; some of them have to face unemployment during a period of time if they cannot find a new job immediately. Home-working provides an opportunity for those people new starts. There are many websites which help people to start work at home. They also provide some information, statistics, successful examples, and recommended home job resources (See appendix). Also, more and more of today's workers are doing more than one thing at a time, Charles Handy invented a term "Portfolio careers" to this fact. The individual has a portfolio of skills, which may be utilized on various jobs, projects or contracts her tackles. The same person may juggle a day job, a quite different night job, some spare-time telephone selling, a stake in a small business at home, and a hobby with commercial potential. Home-working is just one of the these people's choices. This opportunity are temporary and must be milked for learning and then exchanged for something else when the time comes.
