Description and analysis of the proposed business situation.
My business will be a service to clients that enjoy the game of paintball. It will also consist of a retail shop that will stock paintball equipment and offer a service to repair their guns.
B. Business Philosophy.
All the employees will be educated and instructed on the game of paintball. They will also be referees in the games. I will be personally involved with any complaints the customers may have. There will also be a box for customer suggestions. I will try to put coupons in local papers and magazines to attract more customers. I am going to travel to other paintball locations to evaluate the competition and set fair and reasonable prices for consumers. My business will strive to offer the finest indoor paintball facility available. We will seek to promote the enjoyment of the game of paintball by helping paintball enthusiasts of all levels play to the best of there ability. We will deliver this product by individual instruction in paintball fundamentals and individual fitting of paintball equipment. We offer all of our products and services at times and locations convenient to our customers. .
C. Self Analysis.
I am presently a junior in the Academy of Entrepreneurship at Buchholz High School. My grade point average is a 3.1. I work will with people and long term projects. I"m a little slow it takes me a while e game business orderly and neat. Although I have some weak points, I am trying my hardest to make them better and even do better on the ones I"m already good at. Hopefully this will help me create a good and booming business. .
D. Description of good or service.
The business will supply a service for the customers to repair their guns and equipment. The business will also supply a surplus of paintballs, guns, tools, kits, masks, CO2 bottles, and apparel. Ample space and challenging barriers will be able to be accessed by players.
