The real estate industry is a mature industry where billion of dollars exchange hands every year. Real estate is an industry that takes many forms, but for my purposes I will only scratch the surface of who some of the players are, and dive more deeply into what they are currently doing and what can be done to enhance the way they do business.
The residential real estate market is fairly straightforward. Firms in the realm are generally brokerage houses that pay employees commission to sell homes across a variety of price ranges. Some of these firms also cover home loan services and offer a variety of services that assist the current and future homeowners. Real estate financial services this segment of the real estate industry is the corporate side of the world. With many of the segments main players public companies providing full-service real estate services. These include investment management, hotel acquisition, disposition, strategic advisory and valuation, property management, corporate property services, development services, project management, tenant and agency leasing, investment disposition, financing and capital placement services on a local, regional and global basic. Some of the world's leaders include: Jones Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, Trammel Crow Company.
Wireless enhancing the way employees and clients in the real estate industry to do business today means big money, because survey had shown that Real Estate industry is the largest market adopted wireless technologies. "Realtors are one of the single largest mobile sales forces in the U.S. Many have pioneered the use of wireless technologies including the cellular phone, the hand-held Palm Pilot, the laptop computer, and other wireless modem devices.
