Men and Women

Listening to this concept will also make her have a greater understanding of how men interpret things women say putting her in a position to pick, choose, and refuse to use certain statements. Another very important idea for women to listen to in this book is how to avoid arguments. Because arguments hurt not only the relationship, but also the people in the relationship, it is very important that they are avoided. When women get upset a great amount of them tend to want to start an argument with their spouse. Most times arguments are started because of the lack of some thing like affection or time. This chapter will show women how to approach conflict from a more effective approach.
             Limitations Of Gray's Approach .
The biggest thing about relationships and love and the behavior of humans (not Martians and Venusians) is everything for the most part is relative. Every single one of us were created different and none of us were made perfect. Yes there are tendencies that are reoccurring in people of the same sex but one must also keep into consideration that there is always an exception to the rule. Another thing that should be considered is that, humans are subject to change. In a way Gray's approach keeps this concept into consideration but not thoroughly enough. When dealing with relationships especially intimate ones, one can not treat it as though it is microeconomics where you hold all constant and deal with one element changing humans are too complex for that. Unlike microeconomics all of the elements of a human relationship are subject to change constantly. Gray's book doesn't keep into consideration that some people who are in relationships are in them for the wrong reasons so no matter how many antidotes you prescribe to put the relationship together it won't work.
Another thing that was wrong about Gray's book is humans are not from Venus and Mars. From a religious standpoint one will tell you that God created humans on this earth, co-existing from the beginning of the time the Lord put before us.
