When people hear the word abortion they yell, "GO PRO-CHOICE" while, others say "GO PRO-LIFE", but I say, "GO PRO-LIFE UNDER SOME CIRCUMSTANCES". Yea, I am in the middle of pro-choice and pro-life. I always say abortion is killing a human being unless of course you were either, raped, incest (child will come out handicapped), or if the baby or mother might die in the process.
The reason why I believe that abortion is right when you get rapped is the fact that if you are 16 and someone forced you to have sex and then you get pregnant, you are going to have a child that is going remind you of that horrible moment and the reason why you are having this child is because of some sex-crazed man. Yes, some people will say, "Oh, you can just have the kid and then send them up for adoption". Most teenage females and non-teenage females don't want to have a baby that a horrible sex-crazed lunatic brought upon you by taking you to his house, throwing you on the bed, tying you up to the bed, ripping your clothes off, while you are of course screaming at the top of your lungs NO. And then has his way with you screaming or not. I don't really think most girls would want to have a baby this way. You might but I know they wouldn't and I know for sure I wouldn't.
There is of course another reason I think which would be incest and having the baby come out with some type of handicap. Which is if you and your father or brother had intercourse and they got you pregnant and that baby will come out with something wrong with it, some type of handicap. THEN I think it would be o.k. A lot of the times that I have read an article that the person had sexual intercourse with their father the baby usually becomes handicap. So, therefore, I believe that when the baby is because of incest and they know that the baby is going to be handicapped then abortion will be fine. .
You could also think of this other perspective- the birth might kill the baby or the mother.
