Finally, the morning came when we were leaving. Dave and his friends came to pickup Dylan and I from my house at 10am on that Friday morning. It took us a little over an hour to reach our campsite. When we did, we all helped to unpack and set up the tents. Then a couple of Dave's friends, Jon and Paul got a fire going. Dylan and I went down to the river to fish. We were successful and caught two catfish. Dylan said to me, "lets take these two back to the campsite for dinner" I looked over and said " Dylan, we have enough food back there to feed an army!" He knew I was right; he just laughed and released the fish back into the slow flowing river. We returned back to the site and Dave yelled to us "you guys hungry?" We both were starving at the time so we sprinted to the fire pit and ate the burgers and steak that Dave prepared for us. By the time we were done eating, everyone was getting tired from the long day we endured. We all got ready for bed, then crawled into our tents for sleep.
The next morning, everyone did there own thing. Dylan and I went boating, Dave went fishing with a few people, plus Jon and Paul decided to do a little hunting with their BB guns they brought with. By the time everyone returned to the site it was 5pm and no one had eaten yet. It took us all about an hour to finish eating. When we were done, two other guys showed up to the campsite I have never met before. They looked a lot older but they happened to be friends of Dave. Their names were Fred and Patrick. After they finished greeting everyone, they pulled four cases of beer out from their trunk. Everyone dove right in, except for Dylan and myself. No one cared at first, but as the night went on peer pressure began to get to Dylan. After a while, I took a walk to clear my head of everything that was going on. When I returned, I was shocked to see Dylan drinking beer with the rest of the guys.
