Athletic Goals


            
            
            
             I love football and I have a lot of goals for it this season and I have already accomplished some of them. But the biggest goal that I want to accomplished this year is to get my time in the 40 yard dash down to at least around a 4.2. This would be a great accomplish men for me. If I accomplished this it would allow me to have even lower times as the years progress. I know that I will have to work very hard to do this and I have already have put a lot of work in to this. I want to have this goal done by the start of camp next year . This gives me a reasonable amount of time to get this done and I know that I will. I need to train really hard and continue to run the bleachers this really strengthens my legs and also gets my endurance up. Another thing that I have to do is lift weights a lot more as far as my lower body. The mile stones will be each time that I practice I can gauge my speed compared to the others that are on my team. I have to be able to prioritize if I wish to accomplish this goal. I have to ration my time well in order to do this. I will have to sacrifice a lot of free time and use it to train. I cannot let this training interfere with my academics though. So I will split my time up evenly and be able to do both my academics and my athletics well. .
