The escalation in graph of unemployment is because of inane governance. The bad governance in Pakistan has worked for corruption, nepotism, extortion, and embezzlement. The fraudulent members of parliament make money for their own benefits and business. They have ignored the issue of unemployment in their constituencies. The lack of transparency and justice has widened the gap between politicians and the public. People are vigorously reluctant from the performance of ruling government and its policies. Government is failed to give jobs to its people as well as it is also failed to compose environment and strategies for unemployed people. It is need of the hour, government ask for create employment slots inn public and semi public sectors. Government must alleviate the unemployment through encouraging private organisation and multi-national companies.
Moreover, population explosion is another cause for the inclination of unemployment. According to the Bureau of Statistics of Pakistan, the population has increased in last two years with the rate of ten per cent.
