As he was growing up in the rap industry he soon became a sensation and began being praised for his musical and acting talent, he later discovered rap then started performing in New York in the 1980s he moved to the West Coast and that is when he became a hit music artist, by moving to the West Coast made him see some things and he would usually feud with rappers from the East and West Coast and he insulted them in some of his rap songs ("Shakur")
Shakur performed with a rap group Digital Underground unto he was released to his first, his solo albums is where he made his hit records. Tupac became one of the bestsellers in rap history due to his success in the music industry ("Tupac"). Shakur had sold more than 75 million albums worldwide making him one of the best if not the best-selling music artists in the game ("Shakur"). As he sold millions of albums throughout his career most people attacked Tupac for being violent and hostility reflected in his lyrics, the violence in Tupac's music carried on into his personal life. Tupac had ended up being arrested several times on assault charges he also served eight months in prison for sexual assault. Tupac was only a rapper though he appeared in Several motion picture he acted in the movie Juice and Poetic Justice which were hit movies ("Tupac"). Tupac songs mainly talked about the lifestyle he lived that involved sex, gangs, and fights, but when Tupac was released from prison he made a song called "Me Against the World" which became number one on the music charts, "Dear Mama" showed a different part of Tupac's life ("Shakur"). All of Tupac's song had a meaning/reasoning to them for the making of the song "Life Goes On" was talking about the life and death, "Hail Mary" was talking about the love and hate, and "I Aint Mad at Cha" was talking about the judgement and forgiveness there are many more songs that have meaning to them but these are just a few (Dyson).
