Nowadays, media has made a progressively dramatic change and has changed the perspectives of many religious groups and what they express on social media and others forms of mass communications such as television and newspapers. .
Although there are many benefits of freedom of speech, there are also many drawbacks that happen to be one of the many discussed topics in the contemporary society. To many civilizations, religion is the corner stone of their lives, and it influences their daily routines based on each of the religions' traditions and beliefs, respectively. Among these reasons, many people oppose other peoples' opinion, which has resulted in many negative situations. This issue is very important to me and I feel that is very important that everybody knows the benefits and drawbacks of freedom of speech, especially in regards to religion. .
Media and religion are constantly merging in popular, entertainment and news broadcasts throughout many different types of mass communication, including television and film, to publishing, to music, and to the social media. In general, media provides visual culture, rich symbolism, salient contexts and practices of social participation and identity, and opportunities to makes and remake identities and social relationships to fit evolving patterns of ideas and action (Hoover, Web). In our modern generation, the media has become a dominant and definitive part of our social and culturist society. Simply put, the media represents a structural independence, fiscal autonomy and cultural authority outside these other centers of power, and these qualities are a direct result of their location in the growing global capitalist marketplace (Hoover, Web). .
Due to the drastic change of media in the modern generation, many religions had went through many changes to accommodate the vast and different minds from earlier beliefs and values from previous generations.
