Sociology of Game of Thrones

The other having no males to rule over her as royalty in theory is the most dominant character in the entire show. Other characters would compete for the role of most dominant character however most of them never seem to survive long enough to claim the title. The other main protagonist are noble or royal in some form or another and are male. .
The main protagonist are the children of the four power houses of Westeros, the large continent in the west, the house of the stag crest the Baratheon's, the house of the direwolf in the north the Stark's, the lions of the west the Lannister's, and the house of the dragons the Targaryen's. Of the three pure Baratheon brothers, A man named Stannis is the last living pure member of the house. The six children of deceased Eddard Stark, Rob(deceased) Jon, Sansa, Arya, Brandon, and Rickon. Jon Snow is not a Stark because his mother was not wed to the Stark of Winterfell but his father was still Eddard. The relevant members of the Lannister house include first generations Cersi, Jamie, and Tyrion. Second generations children include the children of Cersi the deceased Jeoffery, Tommen and Myrcella. Of the house Targaryen there were two surviving children of the uprising against the rule of the Targaryen's. One dies earlier on in the story and the others name is Danerys. .
The relevance of these characters comes from the adventures, actions, and events that happen along the journey of a song of fire and ice. These examples after analyzed can give insight to the social paradigms of the conflicts within this world. Seeing as how at this point in the show several of the main characters have died and most of the reasons for these deaths can be explain by conflict theory, the details of season five will remain untold in this work. Many examples of conflict theory that go against conventional systems of dominant versus recessive also prove that conflict theory is the best way to view this world sociologically.
