             Having a dual citizenship allows people to spread their culture abroad and considering the fact that Azerbaijan has obtained its freedom just two decades ago, it would not be bad if our citizens promoted Azerbaijan's culture and values in foreign countries and our people could also learn from foreigners with dual citizenship about their culture. That is why our government may like dual citizenship as it can help to promote Azerbaijan's culture and image abroad and as we are in war condition with Armenia due to their unfounded territorial claim in Karabakh, our country could benefit from its citizens' informing the world about the truth of this problem. .
             Furthermore dual citizenship makes traveling easier between two countries as there is no need for visa. When someone with dual nationality travels between two countries whose citizenship he or she holds, that person can show officials the documents that are least likely to make trouble and also avoid questioning regarding the purpose of the visit. In addition to all of these, dual citizens can approach to the embassy of two countries when a problem occurs, which means that dual citizens can enjoy the protection of two countries. When it comes to our country allowing dual citizenship could be beneficial for Azerbaijanians living in Russia and Turkey as some of them visit their homeland several times a year. It is because, their families are here and they have left their country to find jobs, so they would be glad if it was possible to avoid the same boring procedure of documentation every year.
