Competitors like Subway on campus introduced a breakfast menu which in the history of LIU is the first fast food breakfast menu and in order to be able to compete and capture the students and faculty with morning classes. Quick Eats will introduce amazing new products for their breakfast menu. Also collaboration with local dessert companies such as Baskin Robbins, Carvel, and Crumbs can widen its dessert menu and satisfy the consumer's sweet tooth.
