The Societal Birth Rights of Women

We humans now in the 21st century have evolved into a world of adequate justice compared to previous decades and centuries. Although we have progressed from slavery to salaries, racism to law abiding acceptance, and women inferiority to women's suffrage, the discrimination of mankind is still present. The gender difference creates the discrimination among women in their solely given obligation as mothers and in their expected civil right goals. Most men show the priority of their career with their heavy dedication, long hours, and daily shifts only leaving the women no choice but to take over the caretaking roles at home. This has created a different conception of power of the feminist roles resulting in domestic inequality. In effect, women have followed up with the unfair perspective of lower career positions, goal expectations, and decrease in salaries. The economic inferiority of women has given them the incapability of achieving their potential to the fullest the way men are, and has caused the financial difference of women to shed prejudice disappointment. In response to this sequence, governmental exclusion has captured the sight for high women positions. The view of women being unsuitable for high parliament roles has resulted in the unequal amount of women in a representative society which is creating strong skepticism by the community regarding equal achievement. Society should refrain from domestic inequality, economic inferiority, and governmental exclusion of women, inducing a firmer stand in societal justice.
According to Carol Lee Bacchi, "Government and employers refuse to accept social responsibility for basic human needs such as child bearing and child nurture" (Doucet, A.). Most women in their domestic field suffer from inequality regarding the household work as that duty is undivided. The opposing view that men's contribution to household chores should be minimal has showed their less importance to social responsibility.
