             Democratic Style of Management.
             The democratic leadership style is a very open and collegial style of running a team. Ideas move freely amongst the group and are discussed openly. Everyone is given a seat at the table, and discussion is relatively free-flowing. This style is needed in dynamic and rapidly changing environments where very little can be taken as a constant. In these fast moving organizations, every option for improvement has to be considered to keep the group from falling out of date.
             The democratic leader will encourage people to share their ideas, and then synthesize all the available information into the best possible decision. The democratic leader must also be able to communicate that decision back to the group to bring unity.
             Autocratic Style of Management.
             This is where one individual has complete control of a business and the decisions made relating to the business. Typically this style is common when businesses are just starting with few employees. In some cases this style can seem traditional and out-dated but it has its advantages when it comes to making quick decisions and streamlining efficiency.
             Laissez-faire style of management: A leader who embraces the laissez faire approach to management will be more "hands-off" and will allow the group or employees to make the decisions. The leader will still provide the tools and resources necessary for progress but will offer little practical guidance. The practise is common when groups of highly motivated and skilled individuals are involved. This style has been shown to be the least productive style of management in most scenarios; however, it does allow for employees to gain more satisfaction from their own work and encourages creativity.
