While the people with high cognitive skills, they would face failures with optimism. It differs in many jobs as the sales, since they would need social intelligence to be able to sell more rather than high IQ. (Davies and Lazar ,1998).
             Another definition of the emotional intelligence is the processing of affective information that would make the person go through a processes that are related psychologically. These processes that the person would tend to go through would be the verbal and non verbal expression of the person's own feelings, the regulation of emotion in one self and others, depending on these emotions, the person would tend to set his thoughts. Many authors have actually had a different point of view that emotional intelligence is actually a type of intelligence. Gardner's notion of social intelligence refers to social intelligence as a type of personal intelligence as he divides the intelligence into interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence. The interpersonal would be the understanding to other people and what they feel. The intrapersonal would be the access to the person's own feelings and emotions, the ability to discriminate between these feelings and then to draw the right action and he focus that it is related to the acquired knowledge.
