Secondly, Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) were named due to they were part of the post-World War 2. They believe that their successful achievement would come from organizational commitment and loyalty. They prefer individual to group and they focus on a long-term goal to develop the business.
Thirdly, Generation Xers were born in between 1965 and early 1980s. They have the perception of paying high value to attain their success of life as family and healthy problems. Moreover, they also have the perception in styles of working and living. It means they always make the balance of work and personal life.
Fourthly, Generation Yers or Millennial were defined for people who born between the early 1980s and 2000. They are currently the youngest group in the enterprises. They are very positive in organization and will have the responsibility of implementing the principles and assignments very well. In facts, they have higher self-esteem, innovative, creative than the previous generations due to they have the expectation in enterprises. Also, they tend to find the happy, fun, quality, and fulfilling purposes and opportunity. However, they will usually have the trend of changing the appropriate jobs to them. It means they prefer short-term goals to long-term goals. Beside those, another generation is Generation Z or Linkster Generation who is people born after 2000 to the present day. Currently, they do not yet join to develop the enterprises, but they will be the expectation, hopefulness to fix the past mistakes and errors. They are future.
IV. The Conflicts of Generational Enterprises.
The mostly conflicts in enterprises are caused from the differences of attitudes, behaviors, ages, experiences, values, and others related to generations. In facts, the currently enterprises usually need to have a young and potential workforce of Generation Y (Millennials) in order to develop business with the better performance.
