The Assassination of JFK

2 Eyewitnesses such as Howard Leslie Brennan who was 120 feet from the sixth-floor window, told the Warren Commission "I looked up at the building I then saw this man I have described in the window and he was taking aim with a high powered rifle"3 In 1959 Lee Harvey stated "I am a communist and a worker and I have lived in a decadent capitalist society where the workers are slaves" and wished to be granted citizenship in the Soviet Union because he didn't approve of the US way of life
4 His avowed commitment to Marxism and communism, and understanding of the terms and developing his own interpretation of them, is expressed by his antagonism toward the United Sates, by his defection to the Soviet Union, by his failure to be reconciled with his life in the United States even after his disenchantment with the Soviet Union.5 This forms a motive as to why Lee Harvey Oswald would be encouraged to partake in the assassination. In 1962 Oswald was granted permission from US authorities and the Soviet Union to return to America. It was on rare occasions that a citizen who had defected from their country of origin would be allowed to regain citizenship. However, there is evidence stating that a CIA officer read a debriefing of Oswald's re-defection. He said it contained information about Oswald's return to the US and was signed off by a CIA officer by the name of Anderson.6 This provides proof that the CIA, although knowing about Oswald's feelings towards America, approved of him returning to the US and collaborated with him to commit the assassination. .
An unknown gunman on the grassy knoll was significantly responsible for the assassination as the fatal headshot was fired from the grassy knoll. This is verified by the footage from the Zapruder film which clearly shows Kennedy's head fell backwards and to the left which could not occur had the bullet come from behind, from the window of the sixth floor of the Book Depository.
