It's a rude and despicable action because it is greedy and selfish of them. For example, many things are in a purse, but they just take the money and after that, they just throw it away without mercy and thought. Many people lose their personal information forever and they can't take it back because the information isn't made again. However, in many cases, the robber will give the purse back to the owner, but the number of cases of handing it back to the owner is very small and none choose to return it to victim's house. The robber can take the money very fast and quietly, so most people don't feel anything until after their money is gone. Second, the security of controlling robbing in public still has some difficulties. The reason many security guards still have this bad problem is because the robber can disappear the crowd, and they rarely can find who the robber is. If the victim can't talk to security about finding the robber, it will take a very long time to find them. When there are many people helping, they can find the bad person and make them admit their guilt. For instance, the security really wants to help people who have had things stolen, but they won't find the person quickly in the crowd without a camera installed.
