For example, today, people do not need to attend in the business hours to make a research at library. They can do it any time from the bedrooms using the internet. Like Amy Goldwasser mentions in her article, she say "they choose to write about themselves, on their own time, rather than it being a forced labor when a paper's due in school" (18). In addition, the internet is providing a convenient manner to students create their ideas. It does not matter the time or the location. Goldwasser says, "Regularly, often late at night, they're generating body intimate writing work."(18). On the other hand, even with all positive aspects that the use internet can provide, our students have become so dependent of it that sometimes they are unable to finish their work without get some help online. However, this side effect cannot compare to all benefits that the internet is proving in the learning process of students who want to achieve their goals.
             Time is money, and being productive is an important step to be successful in life. Although, with the advancement of the social networks websites, people are having a lot of problems to get focus while they are doing their tasks. Activities such as doing homework, finishing work in the office or even having a conversation with a friend, it is getting hard to get those things done without being interrupted by notifications from social network websites. There are many students that have had problems to get focus while they are doing their homework. For example, some students have FOMO, which means Fear of Missing Out something important on a Social Media. A user who has FOMO need to check his social network websites every time in case of his friends post something and he does not want to miss. According to Goldwasser in her article, people are doing online activities every day, everywhere, and on their own time. She say "about 33 million Americans are fluent in texting, e-emailing, blogging, IM'ing and constantly amending their profiles on social network sites" (18).
