Types of Unethical Conduct

The interpretation we give to this sort of arrangement, it is certainly goes contrary to John Stuart mill(1806-1873) theory of utilitarianism which argues that the rightness and the wrongness of actions is determined by the goodness and badness of their consequences" the lecturers actions are not right in proportion as they want to promote their happiness. His actions are doing harm to the greatest number of people, a lecturer may find pleasure and satisfaction in teaching but if in the process he or she makes a decision that hurts some students in his or her class then such an act or a decision is unethical. The students will also be denied their principle of autonomy under virtue theories which states that individuals have right to make decisions.
             2. Sexual Identity.
Some lecturers sexually harass students because of their sex; this can include non sexual hostile conduct, if the harassment is directed at a student because of hisher gender identity or expression. For example if a lecturer makes non hostile comments towards female students like saying girls are bad at mathematics or criticizing only female students when they speak up in a class. This behavior of a lecturer to a student is infringing the right of the student and it is not considering the freedom of speech ethics which states that all people have freedom of speech but these needs to be ethical. Lecturer actions are not considering whether it's moral as such; his actions are being used as a means to an end not an end in itself, without considering happiness for the greatest number.
             3. Conflict of Interest.
Conflict of interest is a conflict between advancing the public interest which an individual is charged to do and advancing one's self interest. The expectation is that the public interest should supersede personal interest. In fact, such is the ultimate moral principle of utilitarian ethics known as principle of utility That is, in a situation where one is to make a choice between alternative actions, he or she should do what results in the best overall consequences for everyone concerned ( David Ingram et.
