             Introduction.
In recent years, more and more people have become interested in organic products. They buy organic fruits, meat, vegetables, and dairy products. They believe that organic food is safer, more nutritious, and even tastier than non-organic food, which is, in another word, conventional food. They also think organic farming does not harm the environment and is humane to animals that are raised organically. However, many experts have a different opinion and they point out that there is not enough evidence to prove all those benefits of eating organic food. "There's really very limited information in people on actual health outcomes with consumption of these products," says David Klurfeld, PhD, chairman of the department of Nutrition and Food Science at Wayne State University in Detroit. "We do not know enough to say that one is better than the other"(Klurfeld).
For this research paper, my argument here is that organic food does not have more advantages than non-organic food. To demonstrate my point of view, I will question the pros and cons of organic food and compare organic food with non-organic food by their prices, safety, nutritional information, tastes, and environmental impacts. This research paper will show many convincing reasons to prove that organic food does not have more advantages than non-organic food.
