The Seven habits of Stephen Covey also important for us to improve our self-development. Be Proactive, Begin with the end in mind, Put first things first, Think win-win, Seek first to understand and then to be understood,Synergize and Sharpen the saw. Each one of them can help to enhance our leadership ability. Therefor, it is more better for us to combine two methods efficiently.
First of all, honesty as a leadership quality is most significant for a leader.People want to follow a honest leader and no one wants to be cheated. Hence, honest take big part of my personal quality.when I start a leadership positions, I need to keep proactive in order to be seen as an honest leader, and I will to go out of my way to display honest. Being proactive can has a realization that I am the person who can take direct control of the whole situation.By demonstrating honesty with myself,with my seven habits ,i believe it will increase my leadership influence.People will trust me who actively display honest-not just the one who honest individual,but as some who is worth following.
Forward-looking as one of leadership trait, it help us to figure out where to go from and where I am now.While I know where I want to go, people would not see until I actively communicate it with them.Those trait not just I need to have but I need to actively display abilities to who around me.Begin with the end in mind is the perfect example for forward-looking.I need have an image of where I want to end up,no matter for my career or lawsuit or my life. Once I have"the end in my mind",i will devise a plan with details how I reach my goal.
