             Values:.
             Aeropostale assures to teach their employees about the company value system. When we took a look at the values we believe it was very generalized, many companies want their employees and customers to "do the right thing". We believe that restructuring and creating new values to project to consumers will give Aeropostale a better chance at a competitive advantage. The only factor that we believe that stands out is teamwork. Their active role in corporate social responsibility has introduced Teens for Jeans. This could be viewed as an opportunity which can give them leverage within the industry. People love when companies care and give back, the brand becomes a person in the consumer's eyes. If they are going to help then I am going to shop their because they care is the impression that consumers are left with. We believe that they should use this to their advantage and rebrand accordingly. Lastly it seems that they haven't given much importance to their values. We were expecting them to at least have a couple of sentences explaining the values instead of generalizing their statements. .
             Positioning Map: .
             In this map Aeropostale is centrally located compared to it's competitors when determining service and quality. Urban Outfitters is placed as higher in service and quality because they normally have larger staffs on duty and associates zoned around to ensure good customer care also their price points are on average $70. Forever 21 is considered low price and service because they have stores just as large as Urban Outfitters with double the merchandise and half the staff so customer service is low and prices are around $15. Aeropostale falls towards the middle, although they don't have great customer service compared to their competitors H&M, Forever 21 etc they have more associated per square foot of each store resulting in better customer care. Also their price points even though they use a high-low pricing strategy they are on average $30.
