Especially because of smartphone price declines rapidly, the number of people using smart phones is booming, just touch the screen and user are being deduct. This makes the customer no other choice and has to accept it. Investigators have also found signs of fraud or dissatisfaction with the quality of public services. The current quality of service is very poor while the world has advanced to 4G services standard. The cause of this is the Ministry of Information and Communication not yet promulgated regulations 3G quality. (Increase 3G price, 2013).
3. Three mobile operator accounts for over 90 % market share collude with each other increases the price of 3G service, forcing customers to accept it.
