All around the world there are children and families suffering in third world countries. Many of them live day to day not knowing where their next meal is going to come from and live in fear of not being able to survive and to provide for their families. World Vision is a non-profit organization that provides these children and their families with hope to see brighter days, and to keep moving forward. Hope is "a desire of some good, accompanied with an expectation of obtaining it." World Vision is dedicated to improving the lives of the world's most vulnerable children. A long time sponsor of ten years was quoted as saying, "Your sponsorship says I see you; I care about you; and they feel it." When children are shown that someone else cares for them and someone else wants to help, it gives them hope that they have a prosperous future.
